Great Northern Cleaning provides maid services to rental properties. These services can be weekly, monthly or on-call as needed. On most rental property cleanings, we follow are our “Rentals Cleaning Checklist” found below. We can also custom tailor our rentals cleanings to your specific needs.


Great Northern Cleaning provides trained, uniformed, fully insured personnel. All necessary cleaning equipment and supplies.


The property owner at choice supplies paper products, liquid hand, dish, & laundry soaps, trash liners etc. which we can disperse from a designated area.


If the property owner provides linens as part of the rental, we can wash them on premise if time allows. We also offer off-site laundering for an additional fee. There should be 2 complete sets available for all bedding and towels.

The Process

First, we will do a walk-around of your home to see how many windows will need to be cleaned, as well as make a determination if any special equipment or tools will be needed. Next, we will walk you through our cleaning procedures so that you are familiar with the tools that we will be using. This is also a time when you will be able to ask us any questions that you may have about the work we will be doing.Next comes the actual cleaning work. We will be sure that we get the inside and outside of your glass and frames sparkling clean. If you notice any spots that need to be "touched up," feel free to let us know and we will take care of the work for you on the spot.
